Day 1: Cebu

Welcome to Cebu, the 'Queen City of the South'! In the evening, join us for a tour briefing and a welcoming dinner. If you arrive early, explore the city's rich history as the landing site of the Spanish in the 16th century. As the second largest city in the Philippines and the main center of the Visayas region, Cebu offers a vibrant coastal metropolis with sprawling neighbourhoods, bustling markets, and delicious local cuisine.

Day 2: Camotes Islands

Today, we take a boat journey from Cebu to the enchanting "Potato Islands" of Camotes. Renowned for their untouched natural beauty, Camotes is often referred to as a "lost horizon in the sea." Comprising four islands - Pacijan, Poro, Ponson, and the diminutive Tulang - Camotes offers idyllic beaches, particularly along the west coast of Pacijan and surrounding Tulang Island. Legend has it that when the Spanish explorers first encountered locals digging up potatoes on the islands, they inquired about the name of the land. Mistakenly believing the question was about the vegetable, the natives responded, "Camotes," thus bestowing the islands with their moniker, "Potato Island." Upon arrival, we'll cycle to our resort, and in the afternoon, we'll explore the quaint fishing village of Tulang Island.
